About me

In 2012, yoga came into my life. What started as weekly classes with my first teacher slowly grew into a daily ritual that brought me closer and closer to myself. Yoga was no longer just an activity, but gradually became a way of living.

In 2019, I decided to deepen my practice and completed a Yoga & Ayurveda teacher training with Antonina Ramsey (InHarmony Yoga). This is where my journey as a teacher truly began to take shape.

At the beginning of 2020, I had to step back from work due to Boreout. That period unexpectedly became a profound inner journey. I learned to listen to my body, my boundaries, and my needs.
It brought me closer to myself than ever before.

Since then, my work has increasingly focused on supporting women going through similar experiences: stress, hormonal imbalance, fatigue, and life phases in which the body calls for slowness, care, and attention.

In 2021, I began training as a yoga therapist, further deepening my understanding of the body, the nervous system, and processes of recovery and restoration.

In my work, I combine gentle yoga, breathwork, and body awareness to help women come home to their bodies — back to calm, balance, and connection.

My approach is gentle, yet deeply supportive.

You are warmly welcome.

With love,
Nancy
