Every person is unique, therefore I like to work 1 on 1 or in small groups. This allows me to guarantee that there is sufficient personal attention and guidance.

Single 1-1 Session

Do you want personal attention and a yoga session tailored specifically to you? I offer 1-on-1 yoga sessions where we work together on your goals, whether it's gaining more flexibility, reducing stress, or simply finding more peace.

€ 65 per hour

(Group) yoga class

Would you like to practice yoga with your partner, (girl)friend or colleague in a familiar environment? That is of course also possible.


On request I provide sessions for small groups (max 4 people). At your own location (or online).


€ 75 per hour

Yoga-Walk

Feeling like getting outdoors?
As a yoga instructor, I offer you an hour of mindfulness in the fresh air. We walk together, take time for conversations, and integrate small awareness and/or (breathing) exercises to reconnect with your body, mind, and nature.

 



€ 65  per session

Would you prefer having the sessions at your home or online? No Problem! You can contact me for more information.

Session

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
 
Together we discuss the options and come up with the best structure for your personal program.


(Group) yoga class

The yoga that I offer is closest to Hatha yoga.
Hatha yoga is the most classic form, with an emphasis on strengthening and making your body supple. You stand in one position for a little longer, with the aim of learning to control your body and breathing.
